Leader Property Management LLC provides leasing and property management services to the owners of residential properties in the Southern and  Mid Coast Maine region. We specialize in the professional management of residential rental properties: including short-term, long-term (furnished and unfurnished) and vacation rentals. Laurie Leader, LEED AP, founder of Leader Property Management, LLC provides property management work from various aspects of her life. Prior to Laurie’s work as a property manager, she was employed in commercial construction estimating with a civil engineering degree. This background affords Laurie an uncommon view of property management based on a keen eye for details.In 2008, Laurie obtained the prestigious LEED AP designation and continues to expand her knowledge of green building technology.
