• Prepare lease document

Full Service Leasing & Management.  We offer full time management customized to meet the property owners’ needs.

• Collection of rents
• Pay authorized bills & issue work orders
• Provide monthly and year-to-date financial reports
• Supervise maintenance and repairs & handle tenant problems
• Conduct move-in and move-out property inspections

Our monthly management fee is a percentage of the gross monthly rent with a minimum of $100/per month.
